A visit to the Mayor of Wakefield

In light of the Provincial Grand Master’s directive to do more for the good causes in the community, W.Bro Christopher Jackson and  W.Bro Ian N.E. Lewis (Asst. PGM Area 5) met with the Mayor of Wakefield, Councillor David Jones to discuss if there are opportunities for the Freemasons to work collaboratively with the council. Needless to say, it was a very productive first meeting. The hope is that the Mayor can help us identify worthy causes to support across Wakefield and the five towns area.
